Lhasa Apso

The Lhasa Apso is lively, assertive, friendly, and hardy. Originally from Tibet, the Lhasa Apso was first used as a watchdog in palaces and monasteries. Though no longer palace guards, they still carry their guard-dog traits to this day and are very protective over their people and homes. A loyal companion through and through, Lhasa Apso bond strongly with their families and are seldom found far from their owner's side.
