Completion of this application assumes your organization has agreed to the conditions of the DNA My Dog North American Shelter Program.
- DNA My Dog will provide authorized rescues and shelters an affiliate code link. This link should be used by the organization on their website, in emails, or anywhere their supporters may purchase a test. When their supporters click on this link the Shelter will automatically earn $12.00 per sale of any test sold. Shelters may also request physical kits to be sold in a retail environment. - Shelters and Rescues testing dogs in their care qualify for testing kits at a significant discount. Please contact jessica@dnamydog.com directly to organize this.
- All participating organizations must adhere to a basic code of canine rescue ethics. All dogs in the care of the group are for the purposes of adoption and/or rehabilitation. Breeders, sellers of dogs or any group or person otherwise engaged in the practice of selling dogs for pure profit motives do not qualify.
- All information provided by participating groups is confidential, however we do ask to be able to include shelters on our list, which is public. Permission may be withheld, and this will not affect participation in the program.
- DNA My Dog will continue to provide affiliate earnings at no cost to the shelter at DNA My Dog’s discretion. DNA My Dog may choose to halt the program to any group at any time.
- Any organization who abuses or misrepresents this program in any way will be removed.
