Terms and Conditions

DNA My Dog (div of Cdn Dog Group Ltd.) maintains the confidentiality of our customers and never discloses personal information or test results without prior client consent. All personal client information will not be shared with third parties or used for purposes other than providing contracted services to the client.

Please review these terms carefully before using our services. The use of our services represents to us that you are at least 18 years of age and agree fully to the terms and conditions as stated below.

1. Provision of Services

1.1: The analysis provided by DNA My Dog is prepared solely for the use of the client ordering the test. DNA My Dog makes no representation, expressed or implied, that the result of the analysis is useful or purposeful for any other purposes other than information.

1.2: DNA My Dog reserves the right to perform or have performed the testing and analysis using methods and processes DNA My Dog deems appropriate.

1.3: Our Services are for research, informational, and educational use only. Any information you obtain from our Services is not designed to diagnose, prevent, or treat any condition, diseases or state of health. We encourage you to speak with a veterinarian if follow-is required.

2. Disclaimers and Liabilities

2.1: DNA My Dog does not warrant; (A) that the services provided by DNA My Dog will meet the expectations of the client; or (B) that DNA My Dog services will be free from defects or errors.

2.2: In no event shall DNA My Dog, its employees, mandates and/or associates be liable to the client for any indirect, incidental special, punitive, or consequential damages exceeding $100.00 for each test performed.

3. Client Warranties and Indemnities

3.1: The Client warrants that he/she is legally entitled to perform any particular act either directly or indirectly in order to obtain the biological samples and supply them to DNA My Dog for analysis.

3.2: The Client will indemnify DNA My Dog from any liability in connection with this test and its results.

4. : Refund and Cancellation Policy

4.1: All refunds are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.

4.2: If you are not 100% satisfied with your order please contact us at hello@dnamydog.com. Refunds are on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of DNA My Dog.
