Pembroke Welsh Corgi

Initially bred to herd horses, sheep, and cattle, the Pembroke Welsh Corgi is eager to please and eager to learn. Originating in the Pembrokeshire region of Wales, these bright, sensitive pups are both avid workers and fun-loving companions. Though intelligent, they can be stubborn and like to think for themselves. Training is usually easy but they may have some difficulty with housetraining. They are happy dogs and make great family pets.
