Also known as the Hushan Dog or Mountain Dog, the Qingchuan Dog is a powerful, independent thinker, skilled athlete, and impeccable pack hunter that is well known for its fierce demeanour and endurance. Their sleek, well-muscled bodies are adept at chasing down all manner of prey, and they still make popular hunting companions in their homeland of the Guangyuan region of Sichuan, China. With floppy ears that tend to droop down to the cheeks, inquisitive reddish-brown eyes, and a deep chest, there's no denying the Qingchuan Dog is an attractive breed.
