Bloodhound

Originating in France, Bloodhounds were initially used in medieval Europe to track deer and boar. Today, they are highly respected man trailers for search and rescue teams and police departments. In fact, Bloodhounds have the strongest scenting ability of all dogs and are so skilled that their "testimony" is admissible in a court of law. These avid trackers also make wonderful family companions and are known for their comical disposition and strong pack nature.
