Cardigan Welsh Corgi

The Cardigan Welsh Corgi (CWC) was initially bred as a herding dog some 3,000 years ago and is aptly named for the country of its origin, Wales. Their sharp minds and expert herding skills more than make up for their somewhat stubby legs. Speaking of short legs, Corgis were specifically bred to be on the shorter side to avoid dangerous kicks while herding wild cattle.
