If you are not able to click through to check your test status it may be because you have a pop-up blocker enabled. Please try disabling your pop-up blocker or holding down the SHIFT key at the same time you click on the yellow “Click Here for your TEST STATUS button.”
What does it mean if my Customer ID is not found? There are a number of reasons this may be happening. Often it is hard to tell the difference between the number 1 and letter l. Please double check you are entering the correct code and try again. If you are not certain about your Customer ID # or are having issues registering it please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
