If you are not able to click through to check your test status it may be because you have a pop-up blocker enabled. Please try disabling your pop-up blocker or holding down the SHIFT key at the same time you click on the yellow “Click Here for your TEST STATUS button.”
What does it mean if my Customer ID is not found? Your number is not recognized by our system until your sample is received by us. Once received and submitted to the laboratory your number is recognized and your status will change to “Processing Sample”. Results are normally available 5-10 days after and are posted to your online account. A hard copy is mailed a few days later. If you are not certain about your Customer ID # or believe your sample should have been received and is not processing yet please contact us.
